On the 10th & 11th May the SAIF, and SAIFInsure and Trade Teams gathered together again to celebrate the 29th staging of The Kee Cup Competition at the Royal Birkdale and Formby Golf Clubs.
Nearly 30 golfers from the Funeral profession and supporting trades took part with the SAIFInsure & Trade team winning 11 points to 9 for the first time in many years. The weather and company was excellent weather over the 2 days.
Overall, through a variety of fines for ‘misdemeanours’, we were able to raise in excess of £ 4,500 for the SAIF Presidents’ charity, Honeypot, which supports young carers nationally.
We look forward to the 30th Anniversary next year which will also be SAIFInsure’s 30th year…venue to be confirmed!
